We begin the puppy selection process once the puppies are around 6–7 weeks old. At this stage, we evaluate their development, structure, temperament, and overall progress to help determine the best fit for each family.

Puppies are generally ready to go home between 8–10 weeks of age. Pick-up dates are agreed upon in advance, and we ask families to make arrangements accordingly. If a puppy is not picked up on the agreed-upon date, an additional boarding fee may apply.

Puppies staying with us after 10 weeks may be subject to a $20 per day boarding fee, depending on the circumstances and length of the stay.

All deposits are non-refundable. If a breeding does not take or a selected puppy becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, your deposit can be transferred to the next available litter.

Our goal is to make the selection process clear and comfortable for every family while ensuring each puppy is placed in the right home.

Our non-Merle puppies range from $4,000–$10,000.

Our Merle puppies range from $6,000–$12,000.

Pricing is determined by several factors, including structure, color, pedigree, and overall quality.

A pet-home option may be available for select puppies. When offered, pet-home pricing may include a $1,500–$2,000 discount from the standard price.

Once the puppy contract has been signed and the required deposit has been received, the puppy is officially reserved for the buyer. At that time, the puppy will be marked as “Reserved” on our website and removed from the market.

The remaining balance must be paid in full by the agreed-upon pick-up date. If the buyer fails to complete the remaining balance by the agreed date without prior arrangements, the reservation may be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. The puppy will then be made available to other families.

We encourage all families to communicate with us as soon as possible if circumstances arise that may affect their agreed-upon pick-up date or payment.

Every puppy goes home with:

• ABKC registration
• Age-appropriate vaccinations
• Deworming every 2 weeks, starting at 2 weeks of age, then monthly after 10 weeks
• Microchip — required for the health certificate. The $50 microchip fee is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Health certificate — provided at our expense
• Branded puppy bag with essentials to help make the transition to your home easier
• Personalized engraved collar from HEADY DOGGS — collar style may vary depending on availability and current stock

Once your puppy is reserved, we keep you involved throughout their journey. We regularly share photos and videos so you can watch your puppy grow and get to know their personality before they come home.

FaceTime calls are also available upon request if you’d like to see your puppy in real time.

Our relationship with our families doesn’t end when your puppy goes home. We provide lifetime support and are always available to answer questions, offer guidance, or simply be there as your puppy grows.
